A. Dziengeleski –

Roger A. Dziengeleski is
Woodlands Manager for Finch, Pruyn & Co., Inc. of Glens Falls, N.Y., and a past
president of the Empire State Forest Products Association.
Finch, Pruyn is the manufacturer of the Finch Paper brand of premium, uncoated
printing papers, and owns and protects more than 161,000 acres of forestland in
the Adirondack Region of Upstate New York.
Finch, Pruyn's forestry practices have been third-party certified by the
Rainforest Alliance's SmartWood program as meeting the standards of the
international Forest Stewardship Council. Finch, Pruyn is also a longtime
participant in the American Forest & Paper Association's Sustainable Forestry
Initiative Program.
Roger began his career with Finch, Pruyn as a forester in 1978, following a tour
of duty with the U.S. Air Force, and has served as Woodlands Manager since 1991.
He earned his bachelor of science degree in forest management from the
University of Maine in Orono.
Roger is a member of the American Forest & Paper Association's Forestry
Executive Committee and Forestry Committee, and a past chairman of the New York
Society of American Foresters.
Roger and his wife, Ellen, live in Gansevoort, N.Y. The Dziengeleskis have three
sons.
