Dennis Gingles – Ticonderoga, NY

Dennis Gingles is a Fiber Supply Specialist with International Paper and has been a member of the Ticonderoga procurement team since January of 2006. Prior to joining the Ticonderoga team, Dennis was Fiber Supply Manager for International Paper’s Androscogin mill in Jay, Maine with complete procurement responsibility for that facility from 1998 through 2005.

From 1991 – 1998 Dennis held the position of Manager of Forest Productivity and Ecology for the Northeast Region. In that position Dennis was responsible for environmental and ecological projects, SFI compliance and was a member of the Cooperative Forestry Research Unit(CFRU) at the University of Maine. In addition Dennis had management responsibility for IP’s Northern Forest Tree Nursery in Hermon, Me. Prior to 1991, Dennis worked in the Mid – South Region in a variety of forest operations positions and as a staff analyst. During his time in the Mid – South Dennis gained experience in Louisiana, Arkansas and east Texas.

Working with International Paper since 1977, Dennis has gained experience in all aspects of forest management and procurement and has had a number of opportunities to participate in forest industry associations and committees.
