The Sustainable Forestry Program was developed in 1994 by the American Forest and Paper Association (AF&PA) to promote environmentally sensitive forest management. Companies actively participating in and supporting New York’s Sustainable Forestry Initiative own and manage over 1 million acres of forestland in New York. |
